We need to finalize a timeline of when we will be meeting throughout next week, practice, and everything else. The presentation is March 19th, which is a week from tomorrow. What does everyone's schedules look like?
Yes, time is going to be a factor from now on. Here is my schedule to get a chat together.
Monday: 8:00 pm on Tuesday: Not sure there maybe something that takes me away from home Wednesday: After 4:30 pm Thursday: After 7:30 pm Friday: I don't think I have anything going on Saturday: Good anytime Sunday: Good anytime
I will start to put a look together for our powerpoint, so adding the slides will be pretty effortless.
Oh, something else to keep in mind, we are turn in our powepoint, etc to our audience 3 days before our presentation, which would be this Friday, is that correct? So, we should keep that in mind as we schedule our chats.
I'm on Spring Break from my chemistry class this week, so I should be ok any day except Thursday. I'm normally home from work by 4:30, but lately it's been closer to 5:30. I would suggest getting together tomorrow or Tuesday for planning, and if needed we can get together Wednesday or Friday to finalize our materials.
I'm also thinking we will need to do a dry-run Saturday or Sunday to make sure we have our ducks in a row for Monday's presentation.
Looking at Kelly's schedule this may be doable if we meet tomorrow at about 8:00 to go get our ideas together. If Tom is available tomorrow, we can do that. Also, if he won't be available this weekend, we may have to do our rehersal Friday.
Monday at 8:00 is fine with me. Let's go ahead and schedule that for our chat, and we can finalize the powerpoint later in the week, so we can turn in on Friday.
I will be willing to put the powerpoint together, I can do that easily enough.

Everything sounds good to me. I am available every day this week, after 7:30 pm.
So tentatively, we meet Monday night at 8 in the class chat room.
Then someone will need to put the PowerPOint together, any volunteers? Say we have that done by Thursday and e-mailed to that person.
Friday, we get together for final touches and all that good stuff.
Do a rehersal on Saturday or Sunday (Saturday probably works better for me).
